We're proud to finally launch DOCTOR_YOURSELF.COM, a project by the doctors at SELF-HELP, HELP. Our aim is to be the 'chef with the sieve'. There's a lot of BS out there on the internet, but there's is also some absolute gems of advice and inspiration.

Our aim is to put the internet through the 'doctor's sieve' and bring together the best health/spiritual/social information and advice in the one place.

After all; you're your own best doctor and an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure. Educate yourself. Doctor yourself. Save yourself.
